I use the CF Services pharmacy for some of my meds, however I have had problems with them as well. It's actually not the pharmacy as much as it is my insurance, but when they take a week to let me know there is an insurance problem, well that is not okay.
On the flip side, CF Services does more to rectify their mistakes than any other pharmacy I've worked with, up to and including sending me an overnight supply of Tobi without charging me the fee for overnight delivery.
I've actually ended up in the hospital due to inability to get my meds in time. But like I said, it is more of an insurance issue than anything else. Where pharmacies continually fail is in notifying their patients when there are problems filling a prescription. For example, if the pharmacist couldn't read the doc's writing, he could have asked Jessi what it said or, HELLO!! called the doc on Wednesday when she brought the prescription in in the first place!
