Oh, I could write a book on this. Customer service is so important to me, and if someone in the pharmacy is not doing their job and not communicating with me or my doctor, I go nuts!

Let them know you're taking your business elsewhere. Although, sounds like they'll not care too much. Glad to hear you'll be getting your MT4's tomorrow.

Your experience reminds me of when I first started using the CF Services Pharmacy for Tobi and Adeks. With the ADEKS, it's not covered under insurance, so when I'd call to place an order, they wouldn't fill it because "they weren't sure if I wanted it or not because insurance won't cover" -- hello? With Tobi, I'd be told it was shipped and I'd call to see where it was on Friday or Monday -- we always start tobi on Wednesdays for some weird reason -- and I'd get told it hadn't been shipped, assured they'd ship it overnight -- Tuesday would roll around and no Tobi . Sigh -- was a lot smoother when they switched to online ordering and I didn't have to deal with any humans.

We go with a local, family run pharmacy and they can usually get things in the next day if I call. Only problem we've had lately is with ADEKs once again.

Oh, and don't get me started with the Walgreens in the City. Once on a weekend after an appointment was trying to track down Cipro in a suspension for DS -- pharmacist at the grocery store was kind enough to call around for us. Found it at the downtown walgreens, but warned us that he hated sending people there because they make you wait well over an hour. Was more like TWO hours -- just to process ONE script for meds they had in stock. Grr!

Wow do I feel stupid. I totally forgot that I have enzymes at work, at least 5 or 6 days worth. I could have stopped and grabbed them so I could have eaten something with protein over the weekend, duh! Haha!

LOL - I'm sorry to laugh - I've done that a million times!! well, maybe not a million, but enough that I can totally relate. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif" border="0">

Still, the pharmacy should have called your doc right away when they realized they couldn't read the writing. That would have allowed the whole ordeal to be avoided, including you feeling silly for realizing you had enzymes stashed at work, lol.
