Allergies Need Help

Hello,

I am fighting with my allergies really bad it hit me yesterday and today it is worse. I can usually deal with my allergies but this time they are kicking my Wazoo.... This is what I take and do for them

Zyrtec
Singular
Flonase
Benerdryl

I also do 3 nasal washings a day.

I can tell it is going straight to my lungs my cough has increased and so has my sputum.

Any ideas on what I can do to help relieve them before an infection starts up in my lungs?

That is not a stupid question, it just might be a sinus infection. I didn't really think about that until you brought it up.

I feel a DR's appointment coming tomorrow...
