Hello, friends
So I've posted before that I've had dark (brown) streaked sputum in the past... Stuff that was hardly there.
Well, now tonight, I notice I'm coughing sputum with lots of bright red blood in it and I'm freakin' out! I mean, I've upped my HS to twice a day about 2 weeks ago and have been doing that, and have noticed with my cold coming and going my cough has gotten more gunky and productive and when I cough its that uncontrollable cough that you can't catch your breath.
Well, the weird thing is today I'm actually feeling BETTER. I jogged at the gym, I have energy and have gotten things done around the house. But, then tonight when I coughed it was about 3/4 blood. And, since then, when I've coughed its been at least 3/4 blood.
What is going on??? I know that I've been coughing until my lungs literally hurt so bad I've had to lay on a heat pad... So, could it be this increase in cough is agravating something in my lungs and causing them to bleed?
I'm sorry if this has been asked again and again, but this is really new to me and I'm kinda freakin' out without my DH here to calm my nerves.
... Speaking of which... Does anyone notice that when you're really stressed or nervous you have more hymoptysis?
Thanks guys,
