Ok, who has this problem and have you ever had pants that fit?
Who makes them?

I found a pair of jeans at a thrift store once that fit fabulously. I wore them to death. I discovered they were from Old Navy, so I went there in search, with pants in hand. Of course - not made anymore.

I found that having talored pants (the vertical stitching running down the middle of each cheek), helps them fit better, but they are hard to find in casual pants.

I fit well in "petite" except that I'm too tall for petite. (I'm 5.6) I can find dressy pants no problem, just not casual.

Anyone?

I used to have that same trouble when I wore a double zero...I had to get my pants/jeans from a western wear store because they had the ones that are extra long and you have them hemmed to fit you...good luck.

My friends tell me that they have never seen a butt like mine, it is that flat. It really is a no butt. I never have pants that fit. Oddly enough the ones I like the best are Gap long and lean, although I am 5'3 so by no means long. I always wished someone would come up with pants that don't make me look like my sad little butt is just sagging.

Now that I think about it, I feel like there was a thread a long time ago about this. Don't know for sure though

i have found that getting my jeans in a junior's size helps-there not so much extra around the hips and rear end!

Avoid jeans that have the "low rise" cut, since those usually end up with what I call a "trouser smile" (that big gap above your butt) in the back. Lee's and Levi's fit pretty well. Look for something that says "sits at natural waist" is boot cut, and regular or slim fit. Relaxed fit is something we DON'T need. Another brand that fits pretty well is Paris Blues. Gloria Vanderbilt jeans are my favorite for price, wear and fit. I also have a pair of carpenter style drawstring khaki's (Gloria Vanderbilt) that have served me well over the last 3 years or so.

Depending on your age, there are some really great looking jeans in the junior's styles right now with lots of cute detail on the back pockets. These help detract from "flat butt syndrome" and make it look like there's more going on back there than just loose fabric.

I started a simliar thread a long long time ago. I have no booty either. Kybert is like a denimologist I kidd you not. You might PM her. She gave me some good tips. One she mentioned (though pricey) was Lucky Brand..they get pretty small. I have also had some luck with UnionBay in the juniors section the have a 00 that's pretty tiny. Also, keep in mind that alterations don't break the bank. Ultimately though...my pants are always falling down. I don't even have to unzip to get them off...just stand and wiggle until they drop (handy when intoxicated). but at least with the two above they don't look like I borrowed someone elses jeans.
