That's awesome dude. I like reading your posts about eating, gaining weight, cause they are right on what i read from other sources. I would be quite pleased with myself
One question. How much did you wiegh when you started? And how long did it take to get to this weight? Also, did the realization come quickly that you wanted to get to this weight, or was it you more or less thinking about this for some time and gradually doing things to increase calories and going to the gym?
