I reached my goal of weighing 200lbs with 10% bodyfat finally, I still remember when the docs said I would never be able to obtain that, HA. My new goal is 220lbs with 10%.

Anyways I was pretty happy so I thought I would share :)

Congratulation Markus. Have you been dipping into Julies midnight snack box. Ha Ha. Glad to here you have meet your goal and with your great determination I know that you will meet your next goal. Congrats to both of you.

Congrats Mark. My hubby also gained weight while I was pregnant...jk..I havent been pregnant in 23 1/2 years and he is still gaining weight.

Kandi, you post made me crack up... midnight snacks. LOL He eats 24/7. Yours too Deb.... we gain together.

That's awesome dude. I like reading your posts about eating, gaining weight, cause they are right on what i read from other sources. I would be quite pleased with myself

One question. How much did you wiegh when you started? And how long did it take to get to this weight? Also, did the realization come quickly that you wanted to get to this weight, or was it you more or less thinking about this for some time and gradually doing things to increase calories and going to the gym?

You inspire me to get off my ass! hehe

Thanks ender! When I first decided to try and gain weight I was about 20 and I was at about 140lbs maybe. So its been a long road, I first wanted to get up to 200 but I figured I would set my goal for about 160 and when I hit that I started to think that 200 was possible. Since I was 20 its been eating lots and in the gym lots.
