I'm joining the iv club later today
Its so odd.... I felt like crap last week, sore throat, was short of breath and tired , low grade fevers etc. Then on Sun. i felt pretty energetic and not as out of breath, i felt pretty darned good and got a whole lot done. Yesterday when i went to call the nurse to request iv's i was thinking do i really need these? I decided to call anyway just in case whatever had me feeling so crappy wasnt done with me yet. Sure enough i felt great yesterday also and got a lot done again. My nurse called me on my cell phone to discuss what iv meds i would be on while i was in the junkyard . Seemed so odd to be walking around the junkyard picking parts, feeling good and discussing going on an iv, but in my life the wierd situations are sometimes the norm for me
Turns out, when i woke up today i am back to feeling tired and still have some throat issues, but dont feel too bad. My nurse is coming around 5 to put my iv ( peripherial) in , till the picc nurse can come tomorrow or the next day to put in my midline.
