Once I get to 6 months along, my plan is to have a therapist come to the house every day, at least 5 days a week to clap me. We are working now with insurance to see how to get that done. I've done that before, and we were surprised to find out that my insurance covers 6 weeks of a therapist coming to the house to clap me, once a day for 5 days of the week, for after I get out of the hosp! Cool! Now my doc is trying to get a special extended maternity "deal" for me.
If not, we're going to hire a PT student from a local college to come a few days a week-they'll be glad for the experience on their resume, and will be alot cheaper than paying out of pocket for someone else.
As for the draining-I will try it. Even if it helps a little. When I get big, I'll lay on my sides only.
And-someone mentioned those wedge things you use to prop yourself-? Where do you get them, out of curiosity?
