I like CFDA (Cystic Fibrosis Disability Assistance), because CFDR reminds me too much of CFRD and CFTR.

I agree, out of the three you listed I like Cystic Fibrosis Disability Assistance the best. I wonder though if there's a better name. At first glance, 'assistance' is good b/c that's what you'll be doing, assisting people with the process, but it might also be too vague so that it suggests financial assistance which could be misleading. But not sure.

Also the last word, like 'assistance' needs to be an active word suggesting your involvement. 'Resource' is too passive and sounds like it'll just be a static service rather then a dynamic service that actively gets involved in your case and <i>helps</i> you through the process. IMHO

I like cystic fibrosis disability assistance. I think it has a nice ring to it.

Oh and BTW-I may have to look you up! LOL! I have been considering disability, not only do I have CF but other health issues as well.
