Hello- I have cultured this once, but they didn't do anything about it. Pseudo is still my main issue. I believe I've had several steno-free cultures since. It can cause some problems in some people, but I think usually it's not a big deal.

Hi Vasiliki - I alternate Tobra with Cayston each month. I really like both antibiotics and they work really well for me. Cayston causes me to cough a bit more (I believe it's one of the side effects), but it's more like a dry, nagging cough. Other than that, I feel really good on it.
