    Bad news about denufosol trials :-(

    What I really don't understand is that there were never extremely significant results in FEV1. The hope for this drug from what I read was to delay progression, but it was measured against a metric that didn't fit what sounded to be the drugs promise, a delay in progression. Hopefully there...

    If the drugs were to alter the environment through encouraging a more normal mucus, presumably some of the infection that thrive in the thick mucus would be easier to control. We can hope any way.
