My son gets a throat swab every 3 months.
He really hates to do them, he would rather give blood than have a throat swab. His doctor has to be very patient and cajoling with him to get it done. Anyone else's children like this?
My 11 year old son with CF has peeling fingertips almost all year long (worse in the winter months). His palms are also hyperlineated. When he takes off his shoes after a full day of school, his feet are all wrinkly and pruned up.

My youngest, with CF weighed in at 5lbs 3oz (he was almost 2 weeks early), my middle child was 5lbs 9 oz, and my oldest weighed in at 5lbs 5 oz. Needless to say, I am on the "small" size, maybe that reflects the weight?
