My daughter has hearing loss due to many rounds of vanco while she was on TPN. Her loss is mild. She has been in speech since she was 3 (is 6 now) and is doing great. You actually have a very hard time telling that she has a loss at all.
Right now she is only in K, so she is only at school for 2.5 hours a day. She takes pancrease MT 10 with her morning snack. She goes to the nurse for them, and we just have a bottle there that lasts for about a month. I never thought about special treats and stuff - in K they do it all at snack...

We got the letter home from...

I wonder if they may not need more enzymes. Are they getting the enzymes prior to eating, are they slow eaters? If so, you may want to divide the enzymes. Half at first, rest halfway thru...

Pneumonia is a very severe lung infection that is diagnosed by a certain sound audible by stethoscope and viewable by chest xray. It is not something a typical child gets as you know. In the cf community it is avoided...

they take them 5X a day - breakfast, lunch, dinner, morning snack, and afternoon snack, although they both eat at other times as well, so I guess I should talk with the GI and see if we chould give them at those times as well.
Thanks.

<br />Thanks.
Thank you to both of you.
Heather, I think we did speak on P2P a year or so ago.
How reliable are the sweat tests? I keep coming back to the fact that they both had a negative one. Lillian's were 56, 59, and 39. Jack's were 36 and 59.
We do go back to the CF clinic in Boston on June 2nd. He...
