Yes Julie I certainly can feel the love emanating from you at every turn.

Julies quote:
And why is everyone making this about Allie? I named others you know. I just don't get that. It's like there's a flock around here and it's just hillarious.
As I said before if you had one ounce of compassion and understanding for what Allie could possibly be going through at...
I am speechless that you would openly come on here and openly disrespect Allie and everything that she has been through. If you had one ounce of compassion and tried to see through her eyes for one minute you would understand that life isn't peaches and cream for her. As you said you do not...
Here is one of the best compliments I have ever recieved. When I was so sick in the hosptial having Cambree I had so many people tell me months later how much they knew my husband loved me. They would talk aobut how amazing he was. Of course I know this already, it is just nice to see that...
I think that this question could go for anyone that leaves their spouse. I personally think that it is all about selfishness. Ben, my husband had never dealt with any type of illness like this. I think he knew as much as he could possibly comprehend at the time. Its hard for all of us to...
I like % too, its just easier for me to remember. However, there was a big change when I went from Primary Childrens to the you for that very reason.

I agree with you littledebbie on that one. For instance, I was at a restaurant the other day, coughed, the waiter asked if I was getting over a cold, yup. I am. I am not going to get into it with a waiter that really doesn't care or need to here it. Anyway, just my tidbit. I agree with...
I have a pulse ox and I live at about 6500 ft resting I am anywhere between 90-94%. At sea level I am always above 95%. When I exercise however I have to have oxygen. I exercise with at least 1.5 litres and sometimes up to 2.5 litres. If i don't use it I would be in the 80's% as well. I...
I do know that you cannot physically become dependent on O2. I have asked. However, Mentally is a different story. I think that mentally I often times think that I need it when really I am fine. Does that make sense?
Em
I am still on O2 at night and when I exercise and my FEV1 has been as high as 55, my FVC 75. I went on it when I got into the 20's I believe. It also depends on the altitude. I live at a fairly high altitude so when I go to sea level I never have to use it.

Nope Nope no settling here. Just made me more determined to find that one person who would truly understand me and all that I went through. It seems Ry did the same. We will stop at nothing to get what we want. CF makes us very determined my dear!!!
Love to you
Em
CF Clinic for me. It is all that I have ever done. It used to take hours and hours, but has gotten a lot quicker. I really like my docs and feel that they are all on board with what I feel I need. It is nice to be listened to and not treated as a child.

I just spoke with Melissa and she is doing much better. Her oxygen has gotten better and she doesn't feel that her breathing is so labored. They think she will get out on home IVs on Friday depending on how it all goes.
Emilee
I called Melissa today at the hospital. I am such the detective HEHE. She hasn't really felt up to going to the computer there and there is not access in her room so I told her I would update you all. She is having really consticted breathing and has had to be put on oxygen. She feels really...
My last visit which was Monday my FEV1 was 44 which in NOvember after hospitilization was 55% which was at a high for along time. My FVC was 71% Yeah, up from 67% my small airways are practically non exisistant, 12%. Craziness. I am going in the hospital in May and hopefully we can hit a...
Have you ever tried Miralax. It has really helped me in this area. Milk of Magnesia never does anything for me so if it doesnt work ask for a script for Miralax. Just a thought.
